At La Closet, we ship worldwide and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. La Closet is not responsible for such delays but will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 5 days at hello@lacloset.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
