At La Closet, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, items are considered final sale.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@lacloset.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your own cost
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. You will be notified by email once your refund is processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@lacloset.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
